REVIEW: FLAT IRON STEAK ・BEAK STREET, LONDON

AdrianaKupresakBlog | Flat Iron Steak

Tucked down a busy London Street just off the famous Regent Street is a tiny steak house you’re most likely going to walk straight passed unnoticed. Much like anything great in London, there’s usually a line outside and if a venue’s reputation recedes them, people will wait. At Flat Iron Steak in Soho, people often do. Lucky for us today there was no line but it was still busy inside.

It was an inviting and intimate atmosphere with friendly staff, always adds points to the experience.  The concept here is simple, the flat iron steak costs £10. Of course, you choose how you’d like it cooked, I am a medium well done kind of girl. The steak comes with a fresh green salad and dressing. There are four sides to choose from, my girlfriend and I opt for a plate of french fries each, the fresh market salad and peppercorn sauce. No wine in this delicious equation today, I’m sticking to my detox plan (forget that you read I ordered fries).

The steak arrives on a wooden and iron board, sliced to succulent perfection. It tastes as good as it looks and if we weren’t sticking to our #20PoundChallenge, we’d probably order another round.

Final Price? £34.00
